Sara was honest, without pretense, owning her own story, and her process in such a way that I felt completely safe and open to the experience. This program connected with my core, it helped me go within, find my center and show up more and more in my life. Like Goldilocks, I had finally found something that “was just right.”
Sara holds space exceptionally well, being a life coach is not something she does, it is who she is; she accompanies, listens, shows up and never gives up, is non-judgmental, patient, allowing for the process to unfold on its own pace, because she knows it works. I felt accompanied, supported and given the space I needed to process, I learned tools that empowered me, it was so damn easy, it unfolded, the process took me along and it all just fit. I wasn’t trying to make it fit, it just did. It felt amazing to me, I liked the ME that was showing up, all the parts were coming together within me and it was so empowering, it felt so good.
The power to believe is not a formula to be learned, but rather, simply connecting within who we are, from a place of being enough, it cannot fail because it is part of our being.
I will be eternally grateful for this experience, this process that has helped me reclaim the power within me, the power to believe that is within each one of us. I have the tools to access the strength within, the core of who I am and be able to choose to show up in my power, in my truth and in my life. For that, I am truly grateful!!!

Seeking out life coaching help me build relationships with my parents that I always thought were nonexistent
Another reason I am grateful for seeking out life coaching was when I was working with Sara, she found words to explain the emotions I was feeling, then she taught me how to work through them.

I am proud of myself for learning how to truly love and rely on myself, and I'm proud of accomplishing pushing myself through this trial even when times felt hard.
⠀
I am looking forward to implementing my P2B tools into my life by continuing dropping into my core values when I feel a rise of emotions coming onto me.
⠀
My goals are to continue using my methods of reassuring myself that I am love and I am worth it
-continue to push myself out of my comfort zone; and to share some methods of empowering your life to some family and friends

Sara I’m so happy right now. Legit talking out loud smiling and confidently that I’m going to be a life coach and i’m going to change lives. I am going to get people out of the dirty brain. I keep having amazing cool special moments happen (cuz I’m putting that good energy out!!!) and keep having signs that this is my calling. My friend teared up and got chills tonight from me just inspiring her with what I’ve learned and stories of how I provide I connect on another level with outs and vise versa. I am so excited.

I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with Sar as she provided me with the tools, space and inspiration I needed to reconnect with myself, discover my essence and develop a strong sense and appreciation for self-love. Learning how to shift my mindset has has been life-changing for me to help me overcome my fears and realize that I hold the power to create my destiny. As I know life will continue to present me with new challenges, I feel well-equipped to face them with the robust toolkit Sara provided me to get out of my heat, connect to my spirit and empower my life.

These gratitudes, how you show up, name your shit, go through your process of finding a way through, how you go within, connect within, have compassion with you, who you are, how you process, this is why I so appreciate working with you, you are so different to anybody that I worked with and I’m so grateful that you don’t cover the messy up, you show the way through! You don’t simply say, I had a hard day but I got through!

The positive energy that Halle and Sarah brought to Trinity High School was inspiring. They led
our freshman class through activities and reflection designed to build confidence, skills, and self-
esteem. Our students left with calm minds, strong bodies, and tools to use when life gets tough.
Through meditation, prayer, affirmations, yoga, and breath, our students were able to harness their
inner-strength and focus on their goals.

The “Power to Believe” workshop was such a hit! In this day in age, we know how mental, emotional, and physical health is plummeting for adolescents. The pandemic has only increased this crisis for these young people so we really needed this time together. Halle and Sara designed a fabulous night for 30 high school girls to learn tools like prayer, breathing, and affirmations that will allow them to live life to the fullest. Sara shared her years of struggle and
what she has been able to conquer with her tools which was extremely moving. I am so thankful for Sara’s energy, vulnerability, and desire to impact the lives of teenage girls through empowering them to believe in themselves. I am also thankful for Sara’s willingness to go all in! She made them laugh, take a break from the mundane day to day, and really spoke to the issues they are facing right now. Many of the girls wanted Sara’s contact info to talk to and
learn from after the class because of how big of an impact she made in those 90 minutes. I would highly recommend the “Power to Believe” workshop to all teenage girls, they need these tools now more than ever.
